This is the first time I came across with the samples of Basa fish fillet. After tasting the fish,I couldn't believe my self that frozen fish can taste so good.Immediately sample tasting was done by GM and now we are using Basa in all types of cuisine.Also we found a perfect substitute for the Bekti fish and relief for monsoon to keep more stock for the fish.....
