Basa is a fresh water fish caught from the Mekong Delta in South of Vietnam. It is a very tasty and versatile fish whose flesh is mild enough to take on other flavours but flavourful enough to hold its own flavor during preparations. Each fillet is IQF, of consistent premium quality and of standard weight processed in a world class Quality control system which follows GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001:2000 and SQF 2000 standards. Hake Fish Products
We introduced in India Hake fish products from South America. Hake is a Sea water fish caught from Atlantic Ocean and have extremely nice taste and flavour. Different types of Hake breaded fish products available with us are Royal fish fingers, Royal fish nuggets, Magic fish fingers (in marine forms) and breaded fish fillets.
These products just need to be deep fried in frozen state in hot oil at 180 degrees Celsius for 3 minutes and they are ready to be served with accompanying sauces like tartar sauce, mint sauce, hot garlic sauce, cheese salsa, tomato spicy salsa, etc.
These products are extremely popular in Europe and USA. Now they are available on the shelves of Indian supermarkets. We sell our hake products in very popular brand known as “Royal Hake” and also sell these products to Institutions.
